Dressage Test Readers/Callers/Commanders?

There is no difference, its just different words fot the same thing.... (someone reading aloud your dressage test whilst you ride it).

Make sure your reader/caller/commander does not ad-lib and they do read it exactly word for word or you could get marked down.

You dont need to read word for word. I often miss out the filler words so would just say B left 20, or HXF medium. Makes it easier for rider as only has to listen for very short period of time. What you shouldn't do is add in words.
