Okay, so before I start, it's not a traditional dressage to music class, it's a 2 minute long routine to show of your pony's paces to music. Costume is worn also. Pretty much a Concours d'elegance / Dressage to music / Show class.
I have my routine worked out and my costume done. The costume has a navy jacket and tartan skirt all in Concours d'elegance style.
The outfit therefore is slightly Scottish looking (although not intended in that way) therefore I don't know if I should keep in with that theme and use Celtic/Scottish music. However, I don't know if a Scottish theme would be appreciated that much in Southern Ireland?
I had originally intended using heavier classical music (not airy fairy classical) to suit my well built hunter pony, but now I'm not sure if that might look out of place with the outfit?
Any advice on what you would do? Thanks.
