Dressage to music - memory stick

Hi HHO minds - could you direct me to a particular memory stick to use from an iPhone for one DTM please. Was CD last time I did DTM. I don't particularly understand memory sticks. Thank you.

Memory stick will need to plug into your computer, not your phone.

I have no idea if this particular one is any good but maybe something like this could work? I have to caveat it with I've never tried it before but it sounds like it should be able to take a file from your phone, put it on a memory stick and the memory stick can then be accessed through a USB drive on a laptop etc. which is the normal type for a memory stick:
