dressage to music

Thanks for that. The problem I have is actually finding some decent music without lyrics. Ive been on a few sites today but cant find one that suits? any suggestions?

I might try that thanks, just not really sure where to start, when I hear the right music ill probably know its just that theyre not keen on stuff with lyrics are they?

I have a friend who's a bit of a whizz with music and can strip most tracks of the lyrics and then alter the tempo for me based on my horse. Thats the ideal way to do it

The music that equidance produce isn't bad at all (the girl involved is my trainer) but as you can see from the site, it is premade to help people who just want to jump in and have a go. I think she will do custom jobs for people though, but you'd have to contact her and ask.

You're right in saying that the lyrics really should go. Also, be aware that not everyone's music tastes are the same and judges dont always appreciate more ermmmm unconventional stuff (as i found out in regards to rock music

Hope you get something sorted though!

yeah, I went to a clinic run by a classical trainer and she said what she wasnt keen on, and it seemed to be all the stuff I liked. Ive tried listening to some accoustic stuff and on the download sites where you can listen to a small demo but cant seem to find anything. My mares 17hh so needs some thin pretty powerful, shes no sugar plum fairy!! Thanks for the info, what is your friends email, if she wouldnt mind you passing it on to me, if I decide on some music, perhaps I can contact her.
