anyone had any problems with them before~? i ordered a hat, they have taken ££ form my a/c but ive not had hat or confirmation of order...nothing infact. and have contacted them but no reply??

Took them a looong time to reply to my emails about an item-eventually got sorted by phoning them-they said they thought that they had replied to e-mails-not sure of the phone number -they also have another business which a friend of mine knew about and got number from them-problem is, not sure who it was but will have a think!!!!!

Hi Vicki, if you are still having no joy getting in touch, put a post on the "Enlightened Equitation" website forum, someone on there emailed me the phone number-good luck

thank you they have now emailed me! they said they have been sending lots of emails and left voicemails etc on my phone (weird as never got anything!)
they did however leave a message at home with my useless dad who didnt pass it on!
