Driving lesson / hire for picnic leicester?

Strange request but im looking to arrange my sisters hen party. We all ride but she's been very ill for a long time now so ive love to sort something horsey for her hen do as a surprise.
there will be 7 of us in total so im thinking a morning learning to drive, then been taken out round a scurry / xcountry course?

Or what about a heavy horse (or team that could pull 7 of us!) cart ride just having a nice trot round the countryside to end up having megga posh picnic somewhere?

Any ideas where i can find such a place/person in leicester?

we are looking for june 23rd if anyone on here can do this sort of thing and has availability?
