Sorry, got the idea for this from another thread.

Looking to get my friend a driving lesson as she can't really ride anymore and she's having a hard time ATM.

Any ideas of places and costs pls xx

No idea whether he's still in business but I learned with Duncan's School of Motoring (look under DSM in the phone book). This was many years ago now, but he was brilliant. Think long hair, very chatty, radio on during lessons, slightly crazy... he used to buy big bags of wine gums and make me pick one of a specific colour whilst driving  As he put it: it's an important skill to be able to snack whilst driving :)

Not sure where you're based but he used to do Leamington/Warwick area, and made lessons great fun (if slightly scary :D)

Ha, had just come from a big discussion about selling our car- obviously got cars on the brain!

That'll teach me to try and multi-task- making a choc cake at the same time too :D

Carriage driving makes more sense.... :)
