Hi all

just wanted some advice, i have a 10 month old filly who is doing realy well. she is good to do ie groom , mess with her feet , open her mouth and touch her teeth , she walks on the lead rein , she stands on comand , she will trot along with me, good in light trafic. I will continue to do all these things in moderation and we have plenty of time i know . My plan is to drive this horse but I need advice from start to finish as I have never done this before , i want to do it in stages ie stage 1 , stage 2 ect ect . please help as i dont want to do this wrong.... Thanks in advance.. (Poppys Grandad) :)

sounds like lovely filly :D

if you have never driven yourself then stage one ........ go try it...... drive on a vehicle with someone experienced to see if you really like it and have lessons to learn the basics ;)

the whole learning to drive stages takes at least one book .... and introducing a pone to harness at least another ;) :D (so not really summat to be done on here, sorry) ...... but generally the best thing atm you can do is what you are doing ......lots of positive general life experience out and about in the big wide world as well as stuff happening around her on the yard like noises, stuff over, under and round her legs etc.

Have fun
