When we wormed our pup at 12 weeks with Drontal tablet she promptly threw up, another month on and wormed her again, this time she threw up several times but about 4 hours later.
I am assuming she is sensitive to the drug but have never had a problem with any of our dogs or cats with Drontal before.
Anyone else experienced this?

Yup- its a spew inducer for mine, no matter what. I use Advocate, other people like Milebemax, your vet should have non-vomity alternatives! :)

My Yorkie was very ill with Drontal, so I have used Milbemax ever since. I was buying Drontal for my Springer who tolerates it and Milbemax for my Yorkie until the vet said I might as well use Milbemax for both, which worked out cheaper as I only need one tablet of Milbemax for my Springer rather than two of Drontal.

If it's Advantage you have it won't act as a wormer - it will only treat fleas and lice.
It's the Advocate that does the worming as well - it works by being absorbed across the skin into the bloodstream and then travelling to the intestines.
