Drop noseband??

Where can I get a drop noseband in brown leather in either full or extra full?!

I am really struggling to find something to fit my boy. I don't want to pay the £40+ that Barnsby etc charge so price is an issue.

The Requisite (yes, I am cheap!!) XFull is a bit too big so I need their full size...but they only make it in black.

I've tried the Shires full size from Robinsons and it's far too small, so would need an XF in that...but they don't make it that big.

I really don't want to pay Sabre or Barnsby prices and I don't want a black one as my bridle is brown so it won't match. I think I basically need either a full size that comes up quite big, or Xfull that comes up fairly small. Any suggestions?! I spoke to Heritage Saddlery a little while ago who were thoroughly unhelpful with regards to making one and said it was too fiddly to make bridles, too much fuss and they didn't want to do it. I'm loathe to buy something on line then have to return it if it doesn't fit - the issue I'm having is that most full size (bar Requisite) are too small so I'm having to return those, but no one makes XFull in brown.

Please help! I know drops are unfashionable but surely it can't be this hard to get one in brown that doesn't cost the earth?! :(
 
I had mine made to measure by the saddler on site at our yard!! It was £35 which was more than another local saddler, but very convenient!

If you do that would be fab. Maybe measure it first so I know it will fit then let me know how much you'd like for it :)
