He has cracks in 3 of his frogs I apply red horse hydrohoof once a day, have been for about 2, 3wks. But it is still the same if anything worse. He doesn't have thrush. Is there anything else I could do to get rid of the cracks?

If he were mine I would trim off the lumpy flappy bits under the heel and see what is going on underneath. The dark, damp looking patches look a little thrushy, and you may find an infected track has worked it's way under the frog. Scrub with cold water, and spray with 1% iodine solution for three or four days before switching to something like Field Paste to dry things up.
This is happening to mine too, probably a combination of springing grass and intermittent wet weather.
