Sorry if this is a stupid question but i have found a dry patch on my horses stomach about two inches away from the girth. It looks like some sort of excema and it has got bigger recently, it doesn't seem to bother him and his tack doesn't get I'm the way of it but I wondered if anyone had any ideas of a cream to get rid of it? Thanks in advance
