My dog is poorly going dizzy the vet says she will recover slowly she is 13 and older dogs get this apparently anyway can't wash her at the moment as she has problems standing still but due to her being sick and having the runs she is very very smelly. So any recommendations for dry shampoo. Thanks

I don't think a dry shampoo is your answer here..I would stand the dog in a Bath and get someone to support her at the front.....you shampoo and hose the back end...
Then she can be dried lying down if she's really weak.
Once dry I would consider clipping har back end( if she long haired) and concentrate on keeping her comfortable and easy to clean.

I had years of this with my IBD dog...it worked well as she also slept on my bed...so HAD to be kept clean.

I think you will just need two people to bath her - one to hold her up properly and the other to rinse/clean. Admittedly you will definitely get soaked but it's probably the best thing.
