Dubarry Boots

I've got a standard pair size 5 - My calves are 14" on the widest part and they fit like a glove! - However if my calves were 15" I would struggle!

I have been lusting after these boots too... but my lower legs are freakishly long, so boots only come halfway up.
Not much point spending £200 to look like I'm wearing a pair of kids wellies!!

I love these boots and wouldn't mind paying the £200 if they fitted properly but since I have been "blessed" with larger calves (one friend made the comment once "their not calves their cows!") there doesn't seem to be any point in buying them

Ah well...

size 9!

Im 5ft 9 with long legs and have size 5 1.2 feet, mine fit well but would prob get a 5 next time as I like them snug.

And they are quite loose round my calves, even though I dont think my calves are small but maybe they are!

That is exactly how they look on my length and calf wise

I hate the way they sag around the ankle V annoying!!

I'm approx 6ft, size 8 shoe, and calf on them fine, plus length as well-they don't come up to below my knee but not far off-plenty of room to breathe!

I have skinny calves and although my Dubarrys look fine in a pair of tight-ish jeans I think they would look too baggy in jodhs. And I definitely wouldn't wear them with a skirt like the Dubarry sales girls do! I wish they did a narrow calf size

Me and mum both have a pair each, she is slightly bigger than me.
They are pretty standard sizing and do give.

Why not try a pair on at a county show or somewhere like burghley! an excuse to go horsey shopping then!

I have dubarrys in a size 8 and i have average sized calfs and find them very baggy even with jeans tucked into them. They are very comfortable and find they look better once they are worn in a bit!
