Thinking of buying a pair, but would like feedback before i fork out all that cash!!

-are they waterproof in reasonably wet/muddy conditions (not talking knee deep mud or anything)
- ok for mucking out (only 1 horse to do)
-comfy to ride in
-do they generally wear well

Can seem to find much feedback on them when searching through old posts

Did want a pair of Galways as i originally didn't like the look of the Clare until i saw them in my local tack shop, tried them on and loved them..

I've got the Clares and I love them - slightly more fitted. I am a bit of a wus with mine so don't do mucking out with them..just posing at horse trials and walking the dog etc but they have done me proud and are very comfortable, warm and waterproof!

I've had two years of constant use from mine and they are still great

The only cleaning they get is a hosepipe and I do everything in them. Definitely the best boots I've ever had and much better than the Galways I had before for riding

Was hoping to get them for xmas, but went to brighton with the OH today and just mentioned we should pop into Aston Bourne so i could try a pair on so i know what size i am..and he said we should just get a pair today as i'll need them before xmas
