Dubarry repairs question

Hi everyone!

Just wondering has anyone sent their Dubarrys back for repair?

Had mine just over 12 months and they've started to crack (only just) across the toes. I do wear them regularly, but I also use the Dubarry products, so needless to say I'm a bit grumpy about the cracks.

Any tips when speaking to Dubarry or advice?

I am now in my 4th pair in 2 years and I can rant about DuBarrys for hours, but as your post isn't about the quality of the boots I won;t even get started!! DuBarry have replaced mine every time which is great but I have to say they are not easy to deal with and their customer service is poor. I have sent 2 pairs back through the merchant I bought them from but they refused to send the 3rd pair back for me as they were so fed up with dealing with DuBarry so I had to deal with them myself. It took 9 weeks for me to get a result so all I can say is be patient and they should repair or replace for you, but really don't expect it in a hurry. My 4th pair arrived early December and are now leaking badly but I won't be sending this pair back as I really can't face dealing wth them again!
