Dublin River tall boots...

Has anyone got a pair of these? Saw some in our local saddlery today and thought they looked ok.

I tried them on and they were huge on the calf... felt like wearing wellies. I was disappointed as they were a good price

Oh i really want a pair of these. Think they're gorgeous!

Tried a pair on a while ago and they were really comfy ... just need to wait until pay day! I didn't think they were too bad on the calf and i usually have trouble finding boots to fit as i'm size 7 and my legs are like skinny little stalks!

i bought a pair of these at Badminton & they are lovely, really comfy & you have to look twice to tell the difference between them & Dubarrys. If they dont last as long as Dubarrys it doesnt matter as you could buy about 2.5 pairs for the price of Dubarrys!! I am a size 6 foot & size 12 body & the calf size is fine, plenty of room to tuck jeans in but not floppy.

I find them OK on the calf, and I have skinny calves. As someone posted above, room for jeans but not too baggy.

I have a pair of these. I found they stretched a fair bit because the leather is so soft. The stitching went at the side but Dublin replaced them so i got a size 6 rather than my normal 7. They are lovely to wear with jeans at shows and stuff and very comfortable. I think they look nicer than the Durbarry ones tbh.
They are in a lot of place now for about £87, i paid £99 for them.
