dublin sizing?

can't understand their sizing, they class 12 as a 26 and 14 as a 28. i am a size 12 and a 28 and i'm after a pair of the essence denim ones - has anybody got any of these that can enlighten me on their sizing

their sizing seems to be a size smaller than we use. I remember getting Sami a pair of size 10's and they turned up with a 24" waist and were what we would consider to be a 6.
