Firstly does it have its own website, can only find a one pager on the BE website?

Then does this involve a dressage test, or just one round of jumping?

Do you have to wear cross country dress and body protecter per the piccy on the website (I cannot find any rules)?

Would the course by hard for a showjumper?

Finally how much does a BE day ticket cost and how do you get your mits on one?

Prices should be on BE... how to apply should be on their site. You can enter JAS online via www.bdwp.co.uk/hollyfarr.

No dressage test. You have a round of about 7 showjumps, including a couple of doubles etc, followed straight after by a round of roughly the same number of 'cross country' fences, eg, knock down style, water trays, narrows, roll top, corner etc. XC is also timed, and penalties added to your score. You are judged on eight different critera, ranging from partnership to balance. The fences aren't huge, but there are A LOT of fences in the arena by the time you take into account the different elements of their 'coffin' etc, and they often create tricky dog legs. It comes up very quickly and a lot of younger horses can struggle.

Dress code is cross country colours. Body protectors not compulsory, but everyone does.

Hope that clears up your questions... good luck!
