Duplicate BHS passport - who to contact?!? Help!

We had a horse disappear on loan, who we managed to find and bring home a couple of months ago. However, we never managed to get her passport back! It was a BHS issued passport, so I tried emailing the BHS passport office to ask for a duplicate but after six emails I have had no reply. So I've tried to phone the number that they give but it keeps coming up number not recognised. Does anyone know how I can get hold of the passport office so that I can get a duplicate reissued sooner rather than later!

Just phone up the BHS and ask for the passport department. They will help you.

I've tried their 0844 number too and that isn't connecting either. I've just sent another email. The pony is meant to be competing in December and without her passport wont be able to.
