Just thought I would give North Easteners with canter issues (either rider or horse) a heads up. Durham Dressage have agreed to put on a properly judged Walk and Trot test at their September show (15th). If there are enough of us to make it look worthwhile, they will be including it in each show throughout their winter series from November.
I went along to their June Competition as a spectator and I must say it was a lovely relaxed, friendly venue. Great for anyone (human or equine) starting out. The organisers and the competitors all seemed chatty and supportive
