Hi! My horse really struggles with dust and her airways. It is solely down to being stabled and the hay at my yard being very dusty. She is fine in the summer when out 24/7, but on my yard she has to come in at night during the winter.

I have been able to manage it better by switching her off straw and onto dust free bedding and steaming her hay everyday or giving haylage when I can't steam it. I also try and keep on top of de cob webbing and dusting out her stable but sadly she's in an old dusty barn with other horses using straw and I havent got anywhere else for her to go at the moment, so making do. She goes out everyday from 8-5:30. Ideally I'd like her out full time in the future somewhere else.

I am looking for opinions on supplements. I have been using the Synovium Airplus Liquid which defo helps her and she has been great recently, her most common symptom is normally a running or snotty nose. She will normally only cough when it's bad but the snot used to be everyday even just a little even without a cough. The last week or two has been great no snot at all and I thought I'd cracked it and really got on top of it but then this morning I heard her cough only the odd time but no snot at all which was weird to me hoping perhaps something just tickled her throat. Due to this and getting to the bottom of my Airplus bottle im looking at maybe trying something else.

I have seen Audvard balsamic control and equine America airways xtra strength have good reviews. Just wondering on anyones experiences with them?
