According to Edward Gal's site

Due to several cases of Rhinoceros in The Netherlands we have taken some precautions and cancelled all lessons for the coming week. We will keep a close eye on the news and once the danger has eased we will resume the lessons. The 'Sectorraad' has advised not to transport horses in order to withstand spreading of the virus.

I assume they mean rhino virus!
