Hi,
I have been riding since i was tiny but about 9mths - 3 years after having a little daughter, my knees have decided to tell me increasingly often that riding is not the best thing since sliced bread. I'm only 26 and somewhat disagree with what my knees are saying ... me and my nag are not ready to retire just yet!!! (plus i always thought he'd be retiring way before me!)
Knees sieze up a bit when i've been sitting in the evenings / when i wake up in the morning.
Also they decided to give me a bit of a nudge after doing some minor grid work on 2 horses for half hr each the other day
Any suggestions?
PS - I FEEL OLD!!!
