Dyspraxic Riders?

for those of ou in education (but particularly postgraduate) how do you manage to do things differently/accommodate working around your dyspraxia?

For the visual aspect, I print off all journals rather than try and read them on the computer. Driving to and from 'work', I wear sunglasses all year round to stave off headaches. I don't work with music/TV if I'm writing, except maybe Classic FM.

I write lists of things I need to do and cross them off. If you use Outlook, there's a task manager, which is helpful. I leave a list for the next day at the end of the day, to get me started quicker - it has been known in the past for me to take nearly an hour to remember what I was supposed to be doing!!

I type slower than I used to and proof-read everything. My lab bench is laid out to avoid leaning over things and I have a spill tray! I even do tissue culture like this (disposable trays are ace). I haven't declared anything to my supervisors, yet, as I've got 13 years research experience, so figured I could cope with the PhD after that!

I'm currently doing a PGDip, hopefully to convert it into a MSc and I've never mentioned my dyspraxia. Maybe I should have done but I've never bothered to get the proper testing done.
I can only study for short bursts and struggle to remember something unless I go over it, again and again and again! Took me ages to learn stuff for my BSc but luckily this Postgrad is online and part time so I can take my time over it and listen to lectures over and over again.
