Ear Spasms

I have a 3 yo black lab, Rosie. Whenever she is really excited and occasionally just randomly her ears will almost go into spasm, ie. they will curl up and stick out at right angles from the side of her head! It dosent s?eem to cause her any pain at all, does anyone elses dog do this?

When my labs are really excited, when they wag their tails, instead of it going side to side it circles like a helicopter blade
