In/the/interview/with/piggyfrench/straight/after/her/XC/at/burhgley(sp)/i/noticed/she/was/wearing/pearl/earings/was/wondering/what/the/ruling/was/for/wearing/them/XC/at/BE/or/FEI/competions?

I thought you weren't meant to wear earings for eventing.... but then the pro's seem to have their own set of rules in all disiplines!

I wear my earings all the time, i have never been told to take them out and i have 2 in each ear.

I have seen an accident where a young girl ( 14 ish?) fell wearing studs, and they nicked the artery behind her ear. I have never worn any earings to ride in since. It was horrific.
