Anyone used them? How do they compare with say premium brand shavings like Hunters? am considering switching my horse onto shavings from straw and so far Hunters have come up trumps for her stable but they are so pricey :-( Thanks for opinions, advice

I really like them, nice and absorbent and not a speck of dust. They are more like little wood pieces and blow about much less. In fact they are now used in the hen house, parrot cage and gecko tank too :)

They work really well if you make a deep bed and just take wet out once a week. They don't move around as much as shavings. I've been really pleased with them.

I used to use easibed and loved it but I, due to saving pennies, moved to wood pellets. There is a very similar product to easibed called 'soft chip' which is a lot cheaper and well worth a try, tbh I actually prefer it ..

I used to use Easibed but it got quite expensive so I switched to Caviera Bedding which is chopped Oil Seed Rape Straw. Loved the Easibed though.
