Tried to order some mail order parts from him (we are based Spalding way) and he told me he couldn't as we were too far away! Managed to order the exact same thing from Liverpool in the end (big order) - haven't bothered calling him any more for other stuff as he wasn't particularly helpful the first time
Can't see why you would advertise MAIL ORDER if you're not prepared to send stuff out!

Not at all local to me but looking at the possibility of having a truck converted, not a good first impression.

we have a box.."field type" built by them 4 years ago...good chassis R reg, our local maintenance place says its good and we have had no problems. Basic, solid new box was built to our spec on the chassis...no frills but well built, with living, cubicle, grooms seat over locker. Good value. We saw lots of rusty second hand boxes for the same money.
We visited first and looked at how they built them, and my advice is for you to do the same.
I e mailed for a part a month back..a replacement catch/lock for the locker ..and it arrived next day with an invoice for £9 including postage which I thought was very reasonable..
