Haven't seen Eastenders in ages, but watched this afternoon as background to marking exam papers. I did wonder if she was alive, but was most amused at the ending. Will have to watch it next week, now!

It was obvious she was not dead, the body pulled out of the canal was not the same skin colour and they didn't show the body when Lucas identified

Ronnie has told the family that she was abused as a child. I think it is a good idea for children (and xome adults) to know that children are sometimes abused by people they trust, that way they are less at risk themselves. The parents who are aware that children can be abused by trusted adults are the parents who can protect their children better.
