Easter Fancy Dress (for rider & horse) HELP!

Okay, so there is a gymkhana coming up and there is a fancy dress class which I would like to enter. Does anyone have any ideas? Preferably eastery themed but other ideas a welcomed too! My mare is pretty chilled with most things
