Eastern European male. Clarify?

Well my favourite EE male is the one at the petrol station who always smiles nicely and helps me with all the different drums my OH sends me with to fill up. He is about 6'4", blue eyes and an impressive ponytail

and he wears a red shirt and green trousers, but I don't think that is typical EE male, just the petrol station uniform ...

All these "Eastern European" sightings make me think of my dad! He's from Croatia and has a dodgey accent (his English still isn't very good despite moving to North America in 1968!), likes wearing jeans and cowboy boots but doesn't steal any horses!
