What EXACTLY does an EASTERN EUROPEAN look like???

would many of us on here look at a guy sat in one of hundreds of thousands of "white/silver/cream" Transit Vans throughout Britain and say hand on heart, He's Eastern European??

Poles are generally Blond Haired and blue eyed..is this what we are looking out for???

Bonians are generally dark haired, of Muslim origin..These??

Macedonians...Dark haired too..These??

Ukrainians..Of Jewish decendents..These..??


TBH this is getting bloody rediculous to the point of Hysteria....

We have a lot of Eastern Europeans around here, and I can spot them a mile off - because they are a heck of a lot more polite than most of the locals.

A customer rang this morning saying men in her field were foreign, this she knew because they spoke to her when confronted.

We also have Polish neighbours, dark haired and dark brown eyes. Do they sound Polish too you? I don't know.
White vans - transits or any other make. Millions of them everywhere, all the time. How you can say what any one in particular is being used for?

However, I do think that everybody should heed this warnings, but in a more 'relaxed' manner, eg, ANY man.

I know what you mean, I got angry and posted this in a Stolen thread the other day.

I know people in Slovenia who look just like people in the UK, they just speak a different language....what is the criteria for looking 'eastern european' as opposed to central or western ?

I think that the influx of Eastern Europeans has made certain parts of society blame them for every crime in the country! The newspapers and media don't help either.

I agree, there's no 'typical' Eastern European look, so unless someone has spoken to them and can accurately identify either the accent or the language being spoken I don't see how a conclusion can be reached to their nationality.
