easy start

anyone used this to start there lorries ? i had to the other day as mine point blank refused to go! i have been warned not to use it to often as they get addicted to it ,but as we will be out pretty much every weekend and its cold if the lorry wont start on its own accord i dont see what choice i will have. how much would you have to use it before you keep having to use it?

Oh we use it all the time at Beks yard. Her lorry is soooo tempramental, it is actually a lifesaver, wouldnt dream of setting off anywhere without it, but as you say it is addicted to it, wont start without it. Not sure how long you would have to use it before they depended on it, because once we started, we never stopped!

lorries cant get addicted to anything. you are talking about pieces of metal?????....you often find in cold or damp weather you have to use easy start and then when the weather gets warmer the lorry starts no problem without it............
