Used the tablet type last time..both of them crunched them up like they were peppermints! So easy.

Thing is my mare will eat wormers in her feed so it's not a huge deal, but it would be nice to be able to give her things like coligone or oral vet meds. It used to be possible to get wormer in her mouth if I was incredibly patient but she took a serious pasting off the people at the last yard who were far from patient, and now she gets very upset if I try to get a syringe in her mouth 
I tried using clicker work & a syringe full of molasses (she thinks apple sauce tastes crap 
) but it didn't help. This is what I'm considering for her

We got a free one with a wormer years ago, its very good as we had a horse which freaks when you hold their head.
With this he was fine as you can do it without them really noticing.
