Eating Nettles

My dog has just started to eat nettles. He sniffs them out and can be quite obsessive about it when on walkies.

he will walk along sniffing otu the nettles from the other plants, snatch a big nettle leaf munch it then onto the next cluster of nettles.

Any ideas?

i have checked his tongue and lips but nothing. strange animal indeed. lol lol

I made nettle wine once and it tasted of.......nettles! lol!

Hes sussed out what his diet is missing-iron and minerals. Id let him munch on them as hes chosen to do so naturally. Youre saving a fortune in additives!!! M.
