I bought an Eazigrazer, and apart from having to chase up the firm to see if they had dispatched it and then collect it from two streets away, was quite pleased with it. So pleased with it that I ordered two more and a bigger regulator for the first one. Having got an email receipt on the day I ordered and paid for them, I heard nothing more. I ordered them on the 10th of November. Earlier this week I emailed the firm to ask when they might turn up, to be told they'd been despatched three week ago! They have informed me that they've been in touch with the courier twice, but still no sign of my stuff!
In the event that I cancel the order and get my money back, what would people recommend instead? They are for our shelter, țo stop hay being wasted and having to be mucked out all the time!
