I won a jointed pelham over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't bloody arrived, I have sent the seller 2 or 3 messages asking where it is and had no reply!

I am seriously getting pissed off now

What can I do to get it or get my bloody money back, I only paid £13 for it but for less hassle I could have gone to a effing shop!!!

You need to start a dispute. Did you pay by paypal? Not that you will necessarily get your money back but at least you have a chance. I would be concerned that they are not responding to messages.

Did you pay by PayPal? You can report the seller to both ebay and paypal. Give me a shout if you need any help.

What was their feedback like and how did you pay ? , like the above have said you need to open a dispute .

Did you pay by paypal?
You can raise a complaint with them and get your money back.
Otherwise, just let e-bay know that your item has not arrived, they will sort it for you.

She didnt have a pay pal account, I had to pay by postal order!

Pull the sellers details and phone them. It could have got lost in the post, or the seller could have been having e-mail problems... there might be a simple explaination.

You can get your money back if you paid via PayPal, you can do a chargeback. You will have to initiate a non performing seller complaint. They will get an alert on their account and this will get their attention.

Also, check with neighbours and your sorting office incase it is waiting for you.

What sort of feedback does the seller have?

There are a few comments in the feedback about slow delivery.

Pull their details and give them a ring - that might speed things up.

Ok having looked at their feedback they actually look as if they dispatch late and comms are poor. So just hang on in there.

You can now phone Ebay with queries about things and they've made it it easy to give negative feedback about people. It's all very new so can't tell you how to do it but try looking on the website there must be a phone number there.

Would a 6" jointed pelham be any good to you? I have one sitting in my tackroom that I never use and would happily let you have it for the cost of postage.
