I brought some forward facing stirrups from ebay over a week ago. I sent the postal order off and have heard nothing back yet dispite sending numerous emails ( with no replies)

Is there anything I can do?

I have the address where I sent the postal order so I guess I could always drive up for a suprise visit.

Start an item not received dispute - far far far too many sellers on Ebay are doing this - and far too many buyers don't pay without a bit of a kick to get their act together. I will start a dispute if I have had no response to emails requesting details of postage.

Did you send the postal order crossed? Did you send it recorded?

Just looked at the details. You won on Saturday 22nd. Your postal order couldn't have been bought until Monday 24 - a couple of days to get there perhaps? Say it arrived Wednesday after seller left for work, so the earliest she could have posted would be Thursday meaning the very earliest you are likely to expect them would have been Saturday. All too easy for an extra day to get in there so I wouldn't be too hard on the seller just yet.

Sellers have, rule of thumb, 7 days to send goods after receipt of payment .

I left it uncrossed so that the woman could cash it at the post office.

Strangely, Postal orders now take as long to clear as a Cheque, so maybe give a little more time before starting a dispute. (As I understand it, you can no longer cash Postal Orders, but have to pay them into an account)
