Ebay question?

Can anyone advise, i bid on and won a cooler rug on ebay, on Weds, the email from ebay saying i'd won came through, and i emailed to the personal address "please send details so i can pay by cheque", then in the evening when i could get on ebay responded same to the ebay address, - no response.

Sent further message on Fri to ebay address saying look forward to receiving address so i could post payment and sorry that i had no computer access over the weekend but would post cheque as soon as i got details on monday.

Still no message this morning, sent a further message at lunch time today.

What else can i do?

You can request the telephone number of another user once you are in a transaction with them, i.e. you have won an item.

Don't worry, I doubt anything sinister is going on.

1, Look in your spam folder. Your PC might think their e-mail is spam depending upon your cookie settings.
2, Look in 'my messages' on your 'my eBay' page. If they have responded theri message will be here.
3, Go to 'advanced search' on 'my ebay' click on "find a member' (on the left hand side!) Put in the sellers id and the item number. You will be e-mailed the sellers address and phone number. If the address is incomplete as it sometimes is... phone them. Or get their number from Phonebok UK. You have enough of their address details to find their address this way.
The seller might have gone away for the weekend!
