This is not an advertisment, but I have my lovely zilco tedex harness up for sale on ebay-only used the damn thing once!!! two rants-one is I only want 150 for it and no body has bought it yet!!!! secondly ebay listing fees are expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry pointless rant but bugging me!!

Tell me about it! I put a jeffries falcon saddle on there, and only got £120, and a wintec saddle and only got £60. The listing fees weren't too bad (about £1) but the percentage they take at the end smacks - then paypal has their share - I have lost about another £25!!
 
tell me about it i sold a pair of Cavallo Long Riding boots, that had only been worn a handfull of times they where 450 new.
I got bloody £35 for them was gutted.
 
Oh dear. This doesn't cheer me up. I've just blitzed my tackroom and thrown half of it on eBay; there's anything from fleece bandages to brushing boots to a weird nylon bridle (what was I thinking?) and god knows what else. Nothing expensive, but they took forever to list and I'm hoping that through sheer quantity I'll come out with at least one shiny new coin of the realm.
 
I'd be reporting those people to eBay. They're obviously not selling their items with a Reserve and aren't happy with the winning bid. This is against eBay rules. Okay, you can't prove the item isn't damaged but if they do it a few times and people complain eBay can see a pattern and do something. How annoying for you though. I'd be fuming. Especially happening twice.
 
right-lowered it to 135 quid-now if i dont sell i swear never to use ebay again rahhhhh!!!!!!
thats bad if they sell it for less than they wanted and dont send the item, they should put a reserve on it!!!
 
QR - the only once used zilco harness I can see has a BIN of 5,000 on it and no auction option. Seller is also selling a cart.

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.
 
I'd be quite dubious of selling expensive stuff on ebay because you might not get want you want for it, and there's only a limited time for people to see it. I'd stick it in on horsemart etc as a classified...
