Ebay Saddle - how much?

I'm going to auction my 17.5 Wintec VSD - any suggestions re. starting price and hopeful end value?! When I last sold a saddle (only a year ago - damn that horse for growing again!) I only got one bid, so I suspect I'm doing something wrong.

mine is on there too - a stubben siegfried - i got it valued yesterday at £600at a local saddler so you could do that but have it on for £400 no reserve so hopefully should sell! I think people are after a bargain tho so dont expect too much!
 
i'm having a nightmare with ebay and saddles at the moment. Someone won my stubben and now they are questioning its condition, i as it was in excellent condition for second hand. They obviuosly were expecting a new saddle, they got bargain price for it to £150 under what valued at
