Ebay surfing - what do you think of this horse (used for ad) ?

I have very politely emailed the seller and asked him about the horse. I have also contacted ebay . I dunno, ignorance must be bliss, eh ?

Lol why did I never think of using a bean bag instead of a saddle at all? All my flat backed section a woes are over thanks to being inspired by that weird slightly manky looking saddle pad :D

*disclaimer... I am joking.*

I think the photo is an odd angle, but could it be in foal? Only just putting that question out there as a possibility but am prepared to be proved wrong. If pony had a belly that distended due to worms, I would expect it to look thinner over the rest of its body. Really not sure.

Agree that it's not a photo I'd choose to use for an ad. Its not a recent photo - that sellers been using it for yonks.

I'd be surprised if you get any reply.

granulated cork?

srsly, ive heard of gel saddle pads/savers etc but ones described as 'bean bags' and made of cork bits dont sound exactly the most comfortable as far as pressure points go or is this type of material well known?

as for the pony 'model' well..hard to judge tbh.

It could be in foal. It doesn't look thin over its backside from what you can see in the pic. But really why would you use such a crap pic and a manky looking thing like that for 90quid. Noooo thanks

Looks like a heavily in foal mare to me. Expensive pad!

Thank you, I thought it was just me. :)

Photo does look a bit odd... BUT I believe suber pads can be very good :) I've heard lots of good reviews on them mostly via HM's forum but they don't work for everyone, obviously. Not found the need to try one myself.

I have found the Suber pads brilliant in the past for various horses but only cost £65 from David Ahn who makes them!!
