Anyone else been ripped off?!!

Paid £30 for a leather girth 2 months ago that was supposedly sent a month ago!! But hasnt arrived!! They dont reply to any of my messages and ebay are willing to refund me £4.99!! wooopy doo!!!

I had trouble when I bought something from them as well, sent countless e-mails, a month later I recieved an e-mail saying the item was out of stock, but they gave me a full refund.

You can report the item as not recieved to ebay, that might get them to respond atleast.

If you paid using Paypal you can launch a dispute with them & you will probably get all your money back & possibly postage as well.

I used PayPal with them, they gave a full refund including postage.
