Why can't people be straight, daughter was over the moon when i won her a Pikeur Skarlett jacket, secondhand off ebay, had the pic and discription. It came today, no its not the Skarlett, doesn't look like the one in pic. So now she has a black jacket just the same as her blue one! I will be returning it and expect a full refund inc postage. Sorry rant over.

As the item was incorrectly described then you're entitled to a full refund

What cheeses me off is that you won't be entitled to a refund for postage & packing costs - either outward to you, or for your return costs. Flaming ridiculous that you have to pay for someone else to post you something they misdescribed. How is that in anyway fair? Grrrrrrr

I wouldn't have mis-sold it in the first place! I have asked for a refund on postage too. What makes it worse is that my other daughter bought a car last week, having probs with the brakes, took it to ats today and its had the wrong brake fitted to one of the front wheels making it dangerous to drive! I spoke to seller today (it was a private sale), he is now saying she bought it as sold as seen, she has no receipt saying that and that they had no probs with the brakes although he did say they didn't work too well, and tough! its her car now. Think a call to trading standards and CAB is in order on monday.
