Evening all
I have been using Eclipse Woodshavings directly ordered from the Company based in Great Gransden, Beds for over a year now and always had prompt reliable service.
I have a current order outstanding and I have been trying to ring them to find out with regards to delivery etc but the contact telephone number is just coming up with a fax machine. I have tried e-mailing etc as well.
Has anyone recently had an order delivered or also been trying to place an order that might be able to shed some light on to why I can't contact them?
Any help greatly appreciated as they currently have 2 cheques of mine and I have a feeling that I am going to need to ask my bank to put a stop on them rather quickly.
