Has anyone had any problems with Equestrian Clearance lately, or more specifically their deliveries?
I ordered on Thursday last week- it took them till Monday to e-mail to say an item was out of stock & would I like an alternative, sorted that out and was promised it would be dispatched asap- which to me would suggest Monday or Tuesday.
I then e-mailed on Wednesday to say it was urgent (need part of the order- vetwrap- for an ongoing injury) and again was told it was going out asap and once it had gone I would get an email with tracking details.
Now Friday morning and still nothing! I don't want to harrass them (I work in mail order so know how irritating it is) but am getting somewhat frustrated! Previous orders have arrived within 2 days, no problem.
