Eczema?!

I found what I thought to be a scab on my elderly Shetland pony's chin, thinking she had just scratched herself too hard but it seems to be getting bigger and after having a closer look its rather big and the hair has fallen out leave a red, sore patch, I then found more on her neck and top of her chest. They're extremely itchy! On a couple where the scabs had come off they look slightly oozy. I applied sudocream to a few and will check them again tomorrow, anyone know what this could be and what I should do about it?
 
If it's ringworm it will respond to antimicrobial shampoo, Eqyss do one which has worked for me in the past. If not then try a wound cream with zinc in it. A zinc supplement in the feed wouldn't hurt either :)
 
Thanks Brownmare! :) Pretty certain that its ringworm after having a second look today and found more large lumps all over her shoulders, will give it a go! The poor little thing is so itchy bless her.
