......... Bear The Border has attracted two ticks since Saturday! 

I noticed the first one, tiny immature specimen, making it's way through his fur while he was up the garden, nomming on his bone. Needles to say, I extracted the vermin and sent it on its way.
I found the second one this morning, firmly clamped to the bridge of Bear's nose. It, too, was propmtly shown the error of its ways and swiftly dispatched by OH's big left, size 11 foot. Grrrrrrr!

It looks like my annual battle with the critters has begun early this year. What about you guys - have you seen any yet?
