I've just agreed to sell our house, we have seen a fabulous period equestrian property not too far away. It's a house my husband has always wanted to live it and it's come on the market for the first time in years.

So that means we have to sell our home. I am pleasantly surprised at the valuation, but we have decided to drop it below the million in order to sell it.

So if you know anyone who wants a 4 bedroomed house, 9 acres, garage, annex, 5 stables , haybarn and sand/rubber school then please let me know.

I shall be very sad to leave here if we do go, we have totally refurbished the house, improved the land and built all the equestrian facilities, it's been a big part of our lives for 12 years.

We are in N Herts btw, handy for both London and Cambridge.

Ha ha nice cheeky plug of your own property

Lucky you...mine has been on the market since October and its well below the million mark and barely a sniff of a sale, I will cross my fingers that you sell quicker than I do

How could it possibly be advertising?

If I was advertising I would put a link to it's advert up surely?

I'm staying quite local, Kit279. Not saying where yet as I don't want to jinx it.

We have to get through the survey first - the new house has a number of 'interesting' features.

PM me about the one you are thinking. BTW B is applying for bank HCA.

We love your house.. so we will buy an extra lotto ticket and keep our fingers crossed!
If we win we will buy your house but on one condition... you leave W in her stable!
